Account Settings Overview

The Settings page in the Wiley parent portal is your command center. Here's a tour of everything you can configure.


Quick Summary

The Settings page includes:

  • Device Configuration — WiFi settings, device name
  • Quiet Hours — phone silence schedule
  • E911 Address — emergency response address
  • Account Info — your email and profile details

Device Configuration

This is where you manage the phone's connection and identity:

  • WiFi Network Name (SSID) — the WiFi network your phone connects to
  • WiFi Password — the password for that network
  • Device Name — a friendly name for the phone (e.g., "Kitchen Phone")

After making changes, click Save. The phone will receive the updated settings within a few minutes. It may reboot once to apply changes.


Quiet Hours

Set a schedule to silence the phone during specific times. See our Quiet Hours guide for full details.

E911 Address

Your registered emergency address. Keep this current! See our E911 Address guide for more information.


Account Information

  • Email — the email address associated with your Wiley account
  • Name — used for caller ID and E911 records
  • Profile updates can be made here if available
