Quiet Hours lets you schedule times when your child's Wiley phone won't ring. Incoming calls during quiet hours go straight to voicemail. This is perfect for bedtime, homework time, or family dinners.

How to Set Up Quiet Hours
- Go to Settings in the parent portal.
- Find the Quiet Hours section.
- Click Configure Quiet Hours.
- Set your desired schedule:
- Start time — when the phone should stop ringing (e.g., 8:00 PM)
- End time — when the phone should start ringing again (e.g., 7:00 AM)
- Choose which days this schedule applies to (weekdays, weekends, or both).
- Click Save.
What Happens During Quiet Hours?
