Managing Your Payment Method
- Go to Billing in the parent portal.
- Click Update Payment Method.
- Enter your new credit or debit card details.
- Click Save.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).
Important: If your card expires or is declined, you'll receive a notification. Update your card promptly to avoid service interruption.
Viewing Invoices
- Go to Billing in the parent portal.
- Scroll to the Billing History section.
- Click on any invoice to view or download it.
Each invoice shows the plan, amount charged, date, and applicable taxes.
Changing Your Plan
To switch between monthly and yearly billing:
- Go to Billing in the parent portal.
- Click Change Plan.
- Select your new plan.
- Confirm the change.
Upgrading to yearly — you'll be charged the yearly rate immediately, prorated for any remaining time on your current monthly billing cycle.
Downgrading to monthly — the change takes effect at the end of your current annual billing period.
Canceling Your Subscription
If you need to cancel:
- Go to Billing in the parent portal.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm your cancellation.
Your service continues until the end of your current billing period. After that, the phone will stop working for calls, but you can reactivate anytime by resubscribing.
Promo Codes
If you have a promo code:
- Go to Billing in the parent portal.
- Click Add Promo Code.
- Enter the code and click Apply.
Promo codes may provide a free trial extension, a discount, or credit toward your account.

Q: Is there a free trial? New accounts may be eligible for a free trial period. Check the signup page for current offers.
Q: Are there any additional fees? Your subscription covers all standard features. Applicable taxes are added based on your address, as required by law.
Q: What happens if my payment fails? You'll receive a notification to update your payment method. If not resolved within a grace period, service may be temporarily suspended until payment is received.
