Speed Dial Setup
Speed dial lets your child call their favorite people with a single button press. You can assign up to 10 contacts (keys 0–9) to speed dial on the Wiley phone.

How to Set Up Speed Dial
- Go to the Dashboard page in the parent portal.
- Scroll to the bottom and find the section titled Speed Dial Management.
- Enter a number in one of the available slots 1-0.
- Click Save.
The phone will update automatically within a few minutes.
Tips for Speed Dial
- Key 1 is a great choice for Mom or Dad — it's the easiest to remember.
- Key 0 works well for a less frequently called contact.
- Keep a small printed card near the phone listing which number calls whom.
- Remember: each contact must already be on the allowlist to be assigned a speed dial key.

- Press the number key assigned to the person they want to call.
- Wait 2-3 seconds.
- The phone automatically dials that contact.
