My Phone Receives Calls But Can't Make Outbound Calls

  • Your name and Wiley phone number
  • Whether outgoingincoming, or both are failing
  • When it started (and whether it ever worked)
  • What the status light is doing
  • How the phone is connected (Ethernet or Wi-Fi)

A real human usually gets back to you within one business day. We'll take it from there — most remaining issues are something we can fix on our end without you touching the phone again.
